The Rossini Group acquires Mastergraphics

After two years of partnership, The Rossini Group has completed the acquisition of Mastergraphics LLC, located in Stow, OH, USA. Mastergraphics is known in the flexographic industry for its pre-press capabilities, services and digital ITR laser ablation of plates and sleeves. Mastergraphics products will complement the Rossini flexo sleeve product line, especially the continuing development and evolution of the Rossini Seamless Thermo-Polymer Sleeve.

Mastergraphics has been appointed as the sole North American licensee for the Rossini ITR Thermo-Polymer sleeves. The company will continue to produce conventional and digital photopolymer plates, digital rubber plates and ITR Thermo-Polymer sleeves and embossing sleeves. Mastergraphics will continue to provide pre-press services, response times and personal service to customers.
